20-oz. can crushed pineapple
one 3-oz. package instant pistachio pudding (use dry)
one 8-oz. container whipped topping
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 cup minature marshmallows, if desired

Directions:

Mix above ingredients together. Chill until ready to serve.

It can be served with the main meal or as a dessert.
