1/2 cup white rice
1-1/2 cups water
2 cups whole milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup to 1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in water with cinnamon stick for 12 minutes or until rice is tender. Add whole, evaporated, coconut, and condensed milk, vanilla, salt and sugar. Almost bring to a boil. Turn heat to medium-low. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally till thick in consistency and rice has absorbed liquid. Remove cinnamon stick. Pour into individual cups, sprinkle with powdered cinnamon and let cool in fridge.
