4 peeled, grated malangas
3 small eggs
3 mashed garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, beat eggs. Add salt, garlic, onion powder and mix. Add grated malanga. Mix well and refrigerate a few hours.

Fill a large pan with oil. When oil is extremely hot, take a tablespoon of fritura mix and drop in oil. Repeat with rest of mix. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Set to drain on paper towels. Serve hot
