4 lg ripe avocados, lightly mashed
1 lg ripe ,tomato, chopped fine
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
2 tsp seasoned salt (I use Johnny's)
2 TBSP fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp tabasco (or more if you want it hotter)
1 tsp worchestershire

mix ingrediants together lightly, taking care not to turn the avocados to mush. The guacamole should be chunky. Sprinkle with more line juice and cover and chill.
Serve with crisp tortilla chips or with any mexican food.
