1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 TBSP milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 TBSP minced onion
3/4 cup chopped chipped beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º mix all ingrediants together except pecans and place in an oval au gratin dish. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and bake in oven for 15 to 20 mins.
Serve with a buttery cracker like, Keebler Club or ritz.
