Personal Notes:
Big Nanny is my maternal grandmother and she would make this delicious meal throughout my childhood. It's one of my favorites . I make it for myself and take it to work for lunch. It is an easy heat up quick meal. Use your imagination and stuff with veggies and lots of cheese. The possibilities are endless.
