2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 c oil
3 c grated carrots
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 c chopped nuts
1 c ground raisins (opt)

Frost with:
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 lb butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla

Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
Cool and frost.
