6 to 8 cups sliced peaches
1 tbsp lemon juice


1 1/2 cup water
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
1/4 c mashed peaches
1 small pkg. peach Jello
Baked pie crust or graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together water, sugar, cornstarch, mashed peaches and peach jello. Cook until clear. When cool and partially thickened, add sliced peaches with lemon juice (to keep peaches from turning brown) to the jello mixture and stir to coat the peaches. Place jello mixture in crust in deep dish pie plate and refrigerate.
