lb of Genoa Salami
lb of Capacola Ham
lb of Pepperoni
lb of Provolone Cheese
lb of American Cheese
1 head of lettuce
2 large tomatoes
1 medium onion
hot peppers (if desired)
Salt, Pepper & Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Get all meats and cheeses cut in quarter inch thick slices.
Cut meats and cheeses into bite size pieces. Cut up tomatoes and onions and shred the lettuce. Mix all together and add the salt pepper and oregano. Add hot peppers (if desired) or put them in a dish on the side.

To make ahead: cut everything up but do not mix it together. Store in separate zip lock bags until ready to serve.
