2 c. flour
2/3 c. vanilla cappuccino mix
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. almond slivers, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 Mix flour, cappuccino, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl with mixer on medium. Beat until well blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture, stir in almonds. Divide dough into 2 equal portions. Shape into 2 14-inch logs on lightly floured surface. Place 2" apart on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove and cool 5 minutes. Cut logs diagonally into 2/3 inch slices. Place on cookie sheet 1/2 inch apart. Bake 10 more minutes until slightly dry
