5 C flour
1 package dry yeast
3/4 C scalded milk
3/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs beaten lightly
3/4 C butter (1-1/2 sticks)
3 tbls cardamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sak yeast in 1/4c luke warm water, melt butter in with milk. Pour over sugar in mixing bowl. When cool add eggs and yeast. combine dry ingredents and add to sugar mixture. Cover loosly and refrigerate overnight.

Divide in half and roll out jelly roll fashion. Spread on melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinamon. Roll up and place into greased loaf pan. Let rise at room temperature (approx. 2 - 3 hours) Before placing in oven rub milk and sprinkle with sugar.Bake in 350 oven for 45min. - 1 hour.
