1 large Vidalia onion
1 8 oz container of sour cream
sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a fry pan, heat up a little butter with a spoonful of sugar. Chop onions and place in hot pan and sit back and watch the magic happen. When the onions begin to turn a golden brown. Let them cool. Add sour cream. Mix and season to taste. Grab a bag of kettle potato chips, and you are off to the party.
