1 can of crushed tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 small sweet onion
1 large clump of fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, saute the garlic, sweet onion, and carefully, add the crushed tomatoes and let the contents simmer for 20 minutes. In the last few moments, add the basil. You may chop it up to add to the fragrance of the meal. Boil up some pasta, and you are good to go.

This is a really quick and easy meal for the time challenged. I always serve loaves of crusty bread and fresh butter. You can also have baby greens on the side. This meal is easy and great for the working family.
