1 pie crust
1 lb ground beef
1 cup pasta sauce
2 eggs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 (9 oz) package spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450.

Bake pie crust for 9-11 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350.

Meanwhile, brown beef in skillet until thoroughly cooked. Drain well. Add pasta sauce; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.

Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add Parmesan cheese and spinach; mix well. Spoon 1/2 of beef mixture into shell. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup olives. Spoon spinach mixture evenly over cheese. Top with remaining beef.

Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. Sprinkle pie with remaining 1 cup of cheese and 1/4 cup olives. Bake an additional 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
