1 c powdered sugar
1 c margarine
1/4 c white granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp lemon flavoring
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given - do not add more flour. Drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie with the bottom of a glass that has been dipped in white granulated sugar. Press gently once, then dip and press firmly so dough does not stick to bottom of glass. Bake at 350 for 14 - 15 minutes.
