3/4 cup citrus vodka
4 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp sugar (superfine if you have it)
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp creme de cassis
Ice cubes
Lemon peel twists

Directions:
Directions:
Chill 2 Martini glasses
Mix first 4 ingredients in a glass measuring cup. Let stand 10 minutes. Strain into a Martini shaker or any glass container. Mix in the cassis. Add the ice and shake or stir till mixed and very, very cold. Strain into glasses and garnish with lemon twists.
