1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
5 - 10 flour tortilla, torn in half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown meat; drain. Add rotel, taco seasoning and soup. In a baking dish, layer meat mixture, cheese and tortillas, beginning with meat. Follow with cheese, then tortillas. End layering with meat and cheese. Bake until cheese browns.
