1 to 1-1/2 lb. ground sirloin
1/2 c. hoisin sauce
1/2 c. peanut sauce
1 medium cucumber, sliced, then quartered
Salt & pepper to taste
12 large Boston or Romaine lettuce leaves
Chow mein noodles (optional)

Directions:
Brown ground beef in non-stick skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up into small crumbles. Pour off drippings. Stir in hoisin sauce and peanut sauce; heat through. Just before serving, add cucumber. Toss gently. Season with salt & pepper. Serve beef mixture wrapped in lettuce leaves. Top with chow mein noodles if desired.

Don't add the noodles until just before eating, because they get soggy if they sit in the meat for very long.
