2 lbs. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
1 can Hormel Chili, no beans
2 cans pinto beans, undrained
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. Velvetta cheese, diced
1 - 16 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic power
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown ground chuck and onion together. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat until the cheese melts. Serve over Frito's.
