3 c. chicken, cooked & chopped
3 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. Pace thick & chunky salsa
2 T. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, brown chicken. Then add broth, cumin and rice. Boil for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer. Top with fresh cilantro and tortilla strips.
