1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 - 2 limes
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 - 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chopped cilantro leaves into a gallon ziplock bag. Squeeze,the limes into the bag and add the olive oil. Squish the ingredients together. Add the chicken breasts and close bag tightly. Shake the marinade and chicken together. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. If it sits too long the chicken will start to cure. Grill and enjoy!
