1 lb Grouper Filet cut to 4oz. portions
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
Sea salt
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut filet into 4-4oz pieces.
Over medium heat in a black iron skillet add olive oil. Sprinkle filets with sea salt and black pepper. Cook on each side 3-5 minutes.
Drain on paper towel and serve.
