4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 15 oz. box of Raisin Bran Cereal
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Set aside.

In another large mixing bowl combine cereal, buttermilk, eggs, and oil. Let sit for five minutes.

Add flour mixture to the cereal mixture and stir until just combined. Pour batter into muffin pans. Cook muffins at 400 for 20 minutes.
