1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup oats
1 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil with sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add slowly to mixture. Spread into a greased and floured 11 x 15 cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

Cool and cut into bars.
