2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening (may use part oleo)
8 tbls. buttermilk
3 large banana's mashed (1 cup)
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Put in small bread pans or cans. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
