2c. flour 1T. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1c. [steaming] tap water cooked beans [red, black beans, or pintos] chili seasoned meat grated cheese shredded lettuce salsa cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together.Add the steaming water and mix well. Let rest for 10 minutes before cooking in deep hot grease. Makes 10 pieces. Layer with mea, beans,lettuce and top with grated cheese and serve with salsa on the side.
