1 cup rice
2 1/4 cup water
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 stick margarine, sliced
1 large can sliced mushrooms
1 pckg. onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or untill all water is absorbed.
