3/4 c. oil,
2 1/4c. sugar,
2 c. pumpkin,
4 eggs,
2 c. flour,
2tsp. baking soda,
2tsp. baking powder,
1/2tsp. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil, pumpkin, eggs, mix well. Grease and flour a jelly roll pan,. Pour and spread mixture evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.When cooled frost with cream cheese icing.
