2 large sweet potatoes, peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp Mrs Dash spice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Cut potatoes into wedges or french fries. Put oil and spice on jelly roll pan, toss potatoes. Arrange in a single layer. Bake, turning once, until browned and crisp, about 35 minutes.
