1 lb hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
2 8oz can Tomatoe sauce
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag egg noodles
1 egg
1 16 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil egg noodles and drain. mix egg in to noodles and place noodles in casserole dish. Brown hamburger with onion and drain. Stir in tomatoe sauce and layer over noodles. Spread sour cream over hamburger mixture and top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
