1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
3 yellow onions (chopped)
2 stalk of celery (chopped)
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 pack sliced mushrooms
1 tsp Vegeta
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped parsley
lasagna noodles
3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

3/4 stick of butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/4 cup of milk

Cook lasagna noodles and set aside.

Sautee the chopped onions and celery in oil. In a separate pan brown the meat and drain. Add the meat to the onions and celery. Add the can of diced tomatoes. Add Vegeta, pepper, and salt. Microwave the mushrooms until they let out a little juice. Add to mixture. Add parsley.

For white sauce, melt the butter, add the flour and milk. Mix so it doesn't thicken.

Spray pan. Place the lasagna noodles on the bottom of the pan, slightly overlapping them (3-4 noodles). Top with a the meat layer, then with mozzarella cheese, then with the white sauce. Repeat. On last layer, put meat, then white sauce and end with mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 385 for 1 hour.
