2 med. cucumbers, sliced thin
1/2 t. salt
1 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 T. vinegar
1 T. sugar
1/4 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the cucumbers with salt and set aside for 1 hour. Rinse off with cold water and lightly squeeze out excess water. Mix the balance of the ingredients together and pour over the cucumbers, Mix lightly, chill and serve

I REMEMBER:

Saturday nights with 2-3 neighboring families gathered in the living room playing musical instruments and dancing. There would be food set out and a good time was had by all. Now we seldom talk to our neighbors. Too bad, just think how much you are missing from life when you can't even remember your neighbors name. Why not invite your neighbor over for dinner some night and take advantage of making this a more peaceful world.
