1 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
2/3 c. water
1 - 8 oz pkg. Keeblers Tato Skins or other chips
1 - 8 oz pkg. taco cheese or sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. lettuce, shredded
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
Picante sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chuck in a skillet. Drain off excess grease and liquid. Add taco seasoning mix and water to the meat.Bring to a boil and set aside. Meanwhile arrange the chip on a sheet pan with the edges overlapping. Spoon the meat mixture over the chip evenly. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in a 350º oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and garnish with lettuce onions and tomatoes. Top with sour cream and picante sauce.
