1 cup honey
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp molasses
4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Dry Ingredients
11 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups wheat germ
2 cups shredded coconut
3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
3/4 cup raw cashew pieces
1/2 cup raw sesame seeds
Walnuts, pecans, raisins, dates, dried fruit (or others) to taste

1. Measure out the dry ingredients and mix well.
2. Mix wet ingredients and heat over low heat on the stove top, or in a 350F oven in a casserole dish. Make sure they are totally liquefied and well-blended before adding to the dry ingredients.
3. Stir everything together until dry ingredients are coated.
4. Bake in a 350F oven, 20-30 minutes (depending on how crispy you want it), stirring completely every 10 minutes.
5. Allow to cool completely before packaging.
