· 1 cup honey
· 3/4 cup butter
· 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
· 3 Tbsp molasses
· 4 tsp vanilla
· 1/2 tsp salt
Dry Ingredients
· 11 cups rolled oats
· 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
· 2 cups shredded coconut
· 3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
· 3/4 cup raw cashew pieces
· 1/2 cup raw sesame seeds
· Walnuts, pecans, raisins, dates, dried fruit (or others) to taste

1. Measure out the dry ingredients and mix well.
2. Mix wet ingredients and heat over low heat on the stove top, or in a 350°F oven in a casserole dish. Make sure they are totally liquefied and well-blended before adding to the dry ingredients.
3. Stir everything together until dry ingredients are coated.
4. Bake in a 350°F oven, 20-30 minutes (depending on how crispy you want it), stirring completely every 10 minutes.
5. Allow to cool completely before packaging.
