2 lbs. ground chuck
1 large onion
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can chili beans
2 cans Tomatoes with chili peppers
1 can tomatoes
4 T. Mexicalli Chili powder
2 t. cumin
1 T. cocoa
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2-4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced.
1 small v-8 juice

Directions:

Saute the meat and onions and pour into a 5 quart pan. Add the balance of the ingredients and cook at a simmer for at least 1 hour. Adjust you thickness with the v-8 juice.
