1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 quarts popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in microwave dish and microwave on high until boiling ( about 2 minutes), stirring several times. Watch so it doesn't boil over! Add 1/2 tsp. baking soda and stir well. Spray large brown paper bag with veg. spray. Add popped popcorn and pour caramel mixture over popcorn. Stir with wooden spoon. Close bag top by folding over several times to seal shut. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes. Shake bag to mix popcorn and return to microwave for add'l 1 1/2 minutes. Shake again, then pour popcorn onto waxed paper to cool.
