4 # stew beef 1 can cr. of mushroom soup 1 can cr. of chicken soup 1 can cr. of celery soup 1/2 c. water
Place layer of beef in bottom of roaster pan. Cover beef with all the soups. Then pour water over the soups. Cover pan tightly and roast at 325º for 3 to 4 hours. Serve over hot, buttered noodles or mashed potatoes.
