2 lg. bananas, mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9-1/2 x 5-1/2 in. loaf pan. Beat together bananas, sugar and eggs until light. Stir in milk. Sift together flour, salt, soda, and baking powder and add to mixture. Mix thoroughly. Stir in melted butter, vanilla and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until done.
