4 chicken breast halves
3/4 oz butter
1/8 t. paprika
2 cloves garlic,smashed and minced
1- #2 can pineapple chunks, drained. Reserve juice
1 c. pineapple juice
1 T. cornstarch
1/8 t. ginger root
1 T. soy sauce
2 T. White wine
1 T. vinegar
1/2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
1/4 c. green pepper, cut into strips
1/4 c. red peppers, cut into strips
1/4 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the chicken in the oil and butter, add the garlic,Paprika,salt and pepper saute 1 minute the add the balance of the ingredients. Bake in a 350º degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done.
