Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
3/4 cup rice (2 espresso cups)
2 onions (chopped)
2 celery stalks (chopped)
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs
10 to 12 medium sized peppers
1 tsp Vegeta
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tomatoes

1 jar of spagetti sauce (any brand)
1 cup olive oil
2 tbsp flour
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Vegeta

Directions:
Sautee onion, garlic and celery. Add meat until just not pink (don't overcook). Add rice. Remove from heat. Add Vegeta, salt, pepper. Add 2 eggs. Mix well.

Cut off top of pepper. Stuff with meat. Top with wedge of tomato.

Mix olive oil, flour, and 2 cloves of garlic together and heat until garlic smells. Add 3/4 jar of Ragu sauce. Add 1 1/2 cups of water and let boil. Add Vegeta. Can also add basil or bay leaves.

Arrange peppers in roasting pan. Pour sauce over peppers until covered, but you don't want the peppers to be swimming in the sauce. Some sauce will be left over.
