1 Pkg Refrigerated Pie Crusts
1/4 C Butter (melted)
1 C Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
2 Tbl All-Purpose Flour
2 Lg Eggs (lightly beaten)
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 C Pecans (finely chopped)
10 oz almond brickle chips (toffee)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Unroll the piecrusts onto a lightly floured surface. Roll into 2 (15 inch) circles. Cut out 48 circles and place in mini muffin pan, pressing into the bottom and sides. Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, flour, and eggs in a large bowl and mix well. Add vanilla and stir in the pecans and toffee. Spoon the filling evenly into the cups. Bake for 25 mins or until filling is set and crust is lightly brown. Cool in pans on wire rack.
