Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cans Artichokes hearts drained and smashed
1/2 small onion grated or diced very small
4-6 cloves garlic
4 eggs
Italian Bread crumbs (enough to absorb egg and liquid)
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and chill
Roll into balls and roll in more bread crumbs to coat the ball
Bake until brown and crispy at 350
