1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 squares chocolate (melted)
1 tsp. soda
1 c. cold coffee
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs, 1 at a time,
beating 1 minute each. Fold in melted chocolate. Sift dry ingredients together. Beat in dry ingredients and liquids, alternately. Bake in cold oven, 325 for 30 minutes. Makes 1 - 9x13 inch cake or 2 - 9 inch layers.
