1 bag broccoli, corn, red peppers
1 pkg northwest russet jalapeno mashed potatoes & chedder

1 heat oven to 400º
heat beeftips
mix with vegetables in baking dish
cover & bake 15 min then stir
heat potatoes
spoon mounds over meat
bake for 15 min
