1 lb ground meat
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 c salsa
1 8oz can tomato sauce.
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 1/2 c minute rice


garnishes; chopped tomatoes,sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips,sliced pitted olives
Directions:
Directions:
brown meat & olives in skilllet
add salsa, tomato & bouillon bring to boil
simmer 5 min
prepare rice
serve meat over rice
