1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a skillet and allow it to brown slightly. Carefully add the vinegar. This will foam up and splatter so be careful. Remove from the heat and pour into a gravy boat. This is best on new red potatoes. I like on any potatoes and anytime.
I believe this recipe came from
