2 1/2 c cooked choppped chicken
1 1/2 c cooked rice
3 carrots shredded
1 1/2 c peas cooked & drained
1/3 c bell pepper chopped & cooked with onoins

Directions:

1. mix all ingredients together in skillet
place over medium heat
2. cook strirring occasionally 14-16 min
3. cook until dry
