1 pint cream
4 oz cheese
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
boil potatoes cool
shred over bottom of greased pan
salt & pepper
pour cheese over potatoes
continue with 3 layers refrigerate
preheat oven to 350
spread cream over top
cover & foil for 45 min uncover & bake for 15 min
