8 large cabbage leafs
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 (6 oz ) can of tomatoe sauce
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pkg basic beef mix
1 slice white bread chopped

1.) preheat oven to 375º
2.) cook the cabbage leaves in a saucepan of simmering water for about 5 to 8 minutes or until soft enough to work with. remove leaves cool, cool under running water, then drain.
3.) melt the butter in small saucepan over medium low heat. stir in flour until smooth paste. stir in tomatoe sauce, broth, sugar,vinegar, salt and pepper. cook. stir until thickened about 2 minutes.
4.) combine beef ,bread, and 3 tbsp tomatoes sauce in a bowl
5.) spoon meat mixture into the center of each leave. and fold over like and envelope, place seam side down in baking dish, cover with remaining sauce, cover with foil.
6.) bake in oven for 35 to 40 minutes
