3 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 dash salt
1 bag miniatue marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes, add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Spread marshmallows all over the top. Bake for 2 more minutes.
